With over 20 years of experience in the human services field, Romius Blackmon brings a deep sense of compassion, integrity, and professionalism to every real estate transaction. His career journey has included roles in special education, student mentoring at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, and serving as a Juvenile Corrections Officer—where he earned the Integrity Accountability Award in 2022. These experiences have shaped his commitment to helping others and his ability to understand people from all walks of life.

Outside of real estate, Romius is a proud father of three children and a firm believer in the importance of family and community. He volunteers with The People’s City Mission and serves on the board of Welcome Home Supported Housing, LLC, which helps formerly incarcerated individuals reintegrate into society.
